Application Process

1. File with appropriate jurisdiction
   • City of Las Vegas
   • City of Henderson
   • City of North Las Vegas
   • Clark County
2. Once they are done with their process the application is forwarded to LVMPD.
3. Investigation begins.
   • Nevada Revised Statutes
   • Clark County Code
   • City of Las Vegas Code
4. Once the investigation is completed they are forwarded back to appropriate agency.
   • Placed onto agenda if board/commission/council approval needed.
   • They complete their process.

If work cards are needed, SIS mails the card to applicant once final approval is given.
