Vehicles on private property are the responsibilities of both the Neighborhood Response Divisions, which enforce the City of Las Vegas codes, and Clark County Public Response, which enforce and investigate violations in the county.

The Constable's Office has an abandoned vehicle hotline: 455-8697. Citizens wishing to report an abandoned vehicle within their neighborhood can call this number directly for a timely response to abandoned vehicles on public roadways.
