Please mail your signed request and payment to the LVMPD mailing address ATTN: Communications Bureau. Included must be the following:
- Contact information (Mailing Address and Phone Number).
- Copy of your legal photo identification or original notarized signature/release with seal/stamp of the Notary.
- LVMPD Event Number or detailed information regarding incident.
- Address to be searched regarding "Calls for Service" including the date range.
- Check or Money Order made payable to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Law Firms
Please mail your court sealed subpoena or original notarized signature/release from victim or client with seal/stamp of the Notary to the LVMPD mailing address ATTN: Communications Bureau. Included must be the following:
- Contact information (Mailing Address and Phone Number)
- LVMPD Event Number or detailed information regarding incident.
- Address to be searched regarding "Calls for Service" including the date range.
- Check or Money Order made payable to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department
Please Note:
- We will be unable to release any information should the incident which you are requesting be an open case with our department.
- Personal information will be removed at our discretion if a subpoena is not provided.
- All fees will still apply with "NO RECORD" results.
