Wanted by LVMPD for: Murder with a deadly weapon and Robbery
On Sunday, August 2nd, 2009 at approximately 7:53 p.m. LVMPD Patrol Officers responded to Fort Apache and Blue Diamond Road reference a subject who had located a body. Officers arrived and discovered a Hector Escobar deceased with a gunshot wound laying in the desert. The investigation has developed Alferdo Gutierrez, AKA: Fernando Ramirez-Hernandez, a forty year old Hispanic male as the suspect. Gutierrez has a active arrest warrant for his arrest for the charges of Murder With A Deadly Weapon, and Robbery.
