Update – 3rd Suspect Arrested

 

Through the course of the investigation, detectives were able to identify 32-year-old Carmen Corella-Redondo as another suspect in this case. On February 20, 2025, she was taken into custody and booked into the Clark County Detention Center for practicing medicine without a license, furnishing dangerous drugs without a prescription along with several additional felony charges.

Special Investigations Section Detectives are looking for additional victims to come forward after arresting 54-year-old Ismael Rizo and 33-year-old Hector Cuba on January 30, 2025, for operating a medical facility without a license.

Through the course of the investigation, detectives learned that Rizo and Cuba were providing medical services and prescriptions without proper licensing out of a suite located in the 4500 block of West Oakey Boulevard. Both were booked into the Clark County Detention Center for practicing medicine without a license and furnishing dangerous drugs without a prescription.
