Motorcycle vs Pedestrian / Boulder Highway at Dalhart Street / Critical Injury

Pedestrian receives life-threatening injuries from collision with motorcycle.

On April 25, 2025, at approximately 10:10 PM, a life-threatening injury collision occurred at the intersection of Boulder Highway and Dalhart Street. Evidence at the scene and a witness statement indicated a 2022 Harley-Davidson Street Glide was northbound on Boulder Highway approaching Dalhart Street. A pedestrian was crossing Boulder Highway outside of a marked crosswalk. A collision occurred when the pedestrian crossed the path of the Harley-Davidson. The front of the Harley-Davidson contacted the pedestrian and projected him onto the roadway. The Harley-Davidson overturned, ejecting the rider. The Rider of the Harley-Davidson was transported by ambulance to Sunrise Hospital for serious injuries. The pedestrian was transported to Sunrise Hospital with injuries determined to be life-threatening.

The Rider of the Harley Davidson cooperated with the investigation and did not show signs of impairment.

This collision remains under investigation by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's Collision Investigation Section.
