One Killed, Two Critically Injured in Shooting

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On July 9, 2025, at approximately 9:02 p.m., LVMPD Communications received reports of a shooting in the 2400 block of Olive Street. Patrol officers arrived in the area and located three males suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Medical personnel responded and transported all three to a local hospital. One individual later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. The other two individuals are in critical condition.
LVMPD Homicide Detectives were notified and responded to the scene. This remains an ongoing investigation.
The identification of the victim, as well as the cause and manner of death, can be obtained through the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
