On April 3, 2025, at approximately 11:30 a.m., a vehicle versus multiple vehicles collision occurred at the intersection of South Nellis Boulevard and Vista Flora Way. Evidence at the scene indicated that a 2025 Honda Civic was traveling southbound on Nellis Boulevard in the left of three travel lanes (T3). A 2025 Toyota RAV4 was traveling southbound on Nellis Boulevard in the middle of three travel lanes (T2). A 2014 Fiat 500 was stopped at a posted stop sign on eastbound Vista Flora Way. The Fiat began to make a left turn to travel northbound on Nellis Boulevard, failing to yield the right of way to cross-traffic. A collision occurred when the front of the Toyota struck the left side of the Fiat, and then the front of the Fiat struck the front right side of the Honda.

Medical personnel transported the driver of the Fiat, as well as the driver and occupant of the Toyota, to Sunrise Hospital with reported injuries. The driver of the Honda claimed injuries but declined medical transportation. The driver of the Fiat cooperated with the investigation, and impairment was not suspected.

The Clark County Office of the Coroner/Medical Examiner reported to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's Collision Investigation Section that, despite all life-saving efforts, on June 19, 2025, the passenger in the Toyota succumbed to her injuries related to the collision. The passenger's death will not be counted as a fatality within the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's jurisdiction as it occurred beyond the state's thirty-day reportable limit. The collision remains under investigation by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's Collision Investigation Section.
