Those businesses included: Midnight Rose Spa, Jones Station Karaoke and Bar, and Young Spa.

Those arrested were identified as three Chinese Nationals and one South Korean National operating these businesses throughout Las Vegas., 35-year-old Hua Xiao, 41-year-old Cheng Cheng Li, and 53-year-old Jianming Li from China and 27-year-old Jisup Hwang from South Korea, were arrested for several felony charges to include:

LVMPD Sheriff Kevin McMahill:

FBI Special Agent in Charge, Christopher S. Delzotto:

“Today’s arrests should serve as a stark reminder that criminal activity motived by greed incurs significant consequences. This takedown underscores the necessity for a sustained law enforcement effort across all levels to dismantle and thoroughly investigate the organized criminal enterprises behind these illegal operations profiting from illicit prostitution. The FBI remains steadfast in its commitment to collaborating with our law enforcement partners to combat violent crime, thereby ensuring the continued safety and security of our community.”

LVMPD would like to thank Acting United States Attorney for the District of Nevada, Sigal Chattah for facilitating the indictments in this case.

Acting United States Attorney, Sigal Chattah:

“The indictment of these four individuals was successful due to the tireless and meticulous investigative efforts by our Assistant United States Attorneys and our law enforcement partners. We are committed to working alongside our law enforcement partners to make sure those responsible are fully accountable under the law. Collaboration from our partner agencies is vital to achieving justice.”

Hua, Cheng, and Jianming were arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service and booked into the Henderson Detention Center. Jisup was arrested in California by the U.S. Marshals Service and will be booked into a federal detention center in California.
