Detectives Need Help with Road Rage Shooting

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On November 12, 2025, at approximately 5:25 a.m., LVMPD Communications received a report of a hit-and-run collision near South Arville Street and Blue Diamond Road. The caller stated he was following a pickup truck that had collided with his vehicle. While still following the truck near West Russell Road and Torrey Pines Drive, the suspect discharged a firearm toward the victim. The victim stopped following the truck and waited for officers to arrive. No injuries or damage was caused by the gunfire.
Detectives are seeking assistance from the public in identifying the truck involved in this incident. The suspect’s vehicle was an unregistered, lifted 2000 – 2007 Chevrolet Silverado.
