***Single vehicle versus fixed object traffic collision that caused life-threatening injuries to the driver***
On November 15, 2025, at approximately 5:18 p.m., a single vehicle versus fixed object life-threatening traffic
collision occurred on Paradise Road north of E. Tropicana Avenue. Evidence at the collision scene and witness statements indicated a Lexus SC was traveling southbound on Paradise Road towards E. Tropicana Avenue. For an unknown reason, the driver failed to maintain his travel lane and drove on to a raised concrete median. A collision occurred when the front of the Lexus SC struck a traffic control device support on the northwest corner of the intersection.
Arriving medical personnel transported the driver to Sunrise Trauma for advanced medical intervention, where he remains in life-threatening condition.
This collision remains under investigation by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's Collision Investigation Section.
