LVMPD Officer Arrested
On December 21, 2025, LVMPD Officer Gary Moody was arrested and booked into the Clark County Detention Center for the following charges:
1 count of Prevent/Dissuade Report of Crime/Cause Prosecution or Causing of Arrest
1 count of Domestic Battery, First Offense
Moody has been employed with LVMPD since 2022. He is assigned to the Community Safety Division, Bolden Area Command. Moody will be placed on suspension of police powers with pay pending further investigation.
