Detectives Seek Public’s Assistance
On February 16, 2026, at approximately 6:42 p.m., officers within the Northwest Area Command responded to a shooting on CC-215 Eastbound at North Hualapai Way. As officers arrived, they spoke to the victim and learned that an older white sedan drove to the passenger side of his car and shot into his vehicle multiple times. At some point, both vehicles collided with each other and the suspect fled east on CC-215. No injuries were sustained from this shooting.
Detectives are looking for an older white sedan with damage to the driver's side of the vehicle. Although this remains an ongoing investigation, detectives are also seeking the public’s assistance in locating witnesses who may have been driving in the area at the time of the shooting.
