FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On April 6, 2026, at approximately 3:41p.m., LVMPD Communications received a report of a male shot at a business in the 1500 block of East Flamingo Road. Patrol officers arrived and located a male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound inside of a room. Medical personnel were summoned and pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
Officers learned that a male was seen exiting the room and entering an adjacent room followed by another gunshot. Officers made entry into that room and located a male suffering from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Medical personnel pronounced the second male decease at the scene.
The LVMPD Homicide Section was notified and responded. Currently this appears to be an unprovoked murder/suicide. This is an ongoing investigation.
The identification of the decedents, as well as the cause and manner of death, can be obtained through the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
