Pre Trial Services/Bail Collection Services

Pre Trial Services collects bail and surety bonds for inmates in custody for all Clark County Justice Court matters 24 hours/7 day a week and District Court bail after 5:00 p.m.

Fees

• $50 filing fee will be imposed on all bail bonds.
• $40 filing fee will be imposed on all bail posted for all Clark County Courts.

Authorized methods of payment for this filing fee are: cash, credit card (Visa and Mastercard only), money order, cashier's checks, attorney trust account checks, U.S. currency only.

• When paying with cash, full and exact amount up to $10,000 accepted
• Visa and Mastercard only up to $10,000

Cashier's Check and Money Orders payable to:

include inmate's name and ID number

Personal Checks Not Accepted

District Court Bail

District Court Bail is collected at the Regional Justice Center during normal business hours.

After 5:00 p.m. bail can be posted at Pre Trial Services. Cash and credit card; money order, cashier's checks, attorney trust account checks made payable to the Las Vegas Justice Court include inmate's name and ID number. U.S. currency only.

After 5:00 p.m. surety bonds can be posted at Clark County Detention Center Clerk Counter. Surety bonds made out to the Clerk of the Court include inmate's name and ID number.
