Records Challenges

Records challenges are requests made to have information in your LVMPD record reviewed for possible correction.

A thorough investigation of your record will be conducted to review inaccurate information that does not belong to you. If the results of the investigation conclude that information in your record is inaccurate, the record will be corrected.
