Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
When a supplier is sent a purchase order (PO) the following terms and conditions will apply (except if a formal solicitation or contract has been awarded, in which case those terms and conditions will supersede these purchase order terms and conditions), as applicable:

- For all FEMA funded procurements: LVMPD Bid Attachment - FEMA Additional Requirements
