Convention Center Area Command
The Convention Center Area Command (CCAC) opened in November of 2008 and was funded by the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority. CCAC covers a 6.1 square mile area which includes the Las Vegas Strip Corridor. Its geographical boundaries include Sahara to the north, Russell Road and McCarran Airport to the south, Swenson to the east and I-15 to the west. The population density of the Strip Corridor is the highest of any jurisdiction within the LVMPD.
