Clark County Event Permits
In accordance with Clark County Code - Chapter 6.145, a "Special Event" refers to any event occurring in unincorporated Clark County that requires specific permits or licenses for its activities. These activities may be incidental, ancillary, or the primary focus of the event and include, but are not limited to:
- Rodeos
- Film Productions
- Professional or General Promotions
- Multiple Vendor Arena Sales
- Auctions
- Circuses or Carnivals
- Concerts
- Outdoor Festivals
- Special Events Bingo
- Liquor Catering
- Off-Premises Liquor Sales
- Holiday Events
- Parades
In accordance with Clark County Code – Chapter 2.70, to host a special event, preliminary approval must be obtained from Clark County Sports and Special Events Division.
