Clark County Event Permits

In accordance with Clark County Code - Chapter 6.145, a "Special Event" refers to any event occurring in unincorporated Clark County that requires specific permits or licenses for its activities. These activities may be incidental, ancillary, or the primary focus of the event and include, but are not limited to:

Rodeos
Film Productions
Professional or General Promotions
Multiple Vendor Arena Sales
Auctions
Circuses or Carnivals
Concerts
Outdoor Festivals
Special Events Bingo
Liquor Catering
Off-Premises Liquor Sales
Holiday Events
Parades

In accordance with Clark County Code – Chapter 2.70, to host a special event, preliminary approval must be obtained from Clark County Sports and Special Events Division.
